📜 ACADEMIC JURY GOVERNANCE & GUIDELINES

Evaluation & Selection Guidelines

Principles of peer review, independence, and scientific rigor governing RSYN Scientific Laurels.

1. Nomination Process

Nominations are open to all university faculty, research institution heads, clinical leads, and independent researchers worldwide. Self-nominations and third-party nominations are evaluated equally based on scientific merit.

2. Peer Review & Jury Composition

Every nomination is reviewed by an independent international jury composed of senior professors, h-index distinguished scholars, and field specialists. Conflict-of-interest policies strictly recuse any jury member with shared institutional affiliation.

3. Primary Evaluation Criteria

  • Originality and impact of scientific breakthroughs
  • Citation performance, h-index metric, and journal indexation (Crossref, Scopus, Web of Science)
  • Open science dissemination and public research utility
  • Verified ORCID profile and institutional standing
